Our customer service representative will contact you to confirm the details of delivery. Delivery of games is free of charge with no minimum order requirement. Also, if you order any of the video game consoles such as the PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii or Xbox 360, you may opt for our free delivery service which includes delivery of the item to your doorstep and setting up of the system. - 3) Our return policy only applies to the following:
- - Defective game discs which cannot be read by unmodified consoles or computers which has met the required specifications to play the game.
- - Faulty gaming accessories/consoles.
Our return policy does not cover the following: - 1) We do not cover warranty issues under any circumstances of "Act of God" IE: Lighting strikes, short circuits, flood etc but if you bought your product from us and it's still under warranty, do inform us also and we will try our best to help you out. Do note that this is a case-by-case basis and there's no guarantee that your product will be liable for an exchange.
- 2) Our return policy does not cover any product bought by mistake unless it is still in its original unopened packaging then we will be able to do a exchange for you but there will be no refund.
- 3) Our return policy does not apply if your console/PC system does not support the game you bought. So please do check the minimum requirements of the game before making a purchase. We do our best to put up the minimum requirements of the games we have in our store for your reference but we do strongly recommend further research such as the developer's main site to determine a game's minimum specs.
